Patient Due Aging - Call patients regarding outstanding balances on behalf of the physicians office not as a collection agency.
Training- We will train new and existing staff on front office procedures, billing and software training on Medical Manager and Medisoft.
Support - Offer support to your staff members when they have questions regarding front office procedures and billing.
Verification of Eligibility- Verify patients insurance eligibility.
